Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 3 lb. piece pumpkin
1 c. chicken broth
1 onion
curry powder, salt and pepper to taste
1 sweet pepper
2 medium potatoes, diced
a single celery stalk
1 garlic clove
2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook the first 5 ingredients in 2 cups of chicken broth; puree.
In 1 cup chicken broth, cook potatoes, diced very small. Add curry, salt and pepper to taste.
When potatoes are tender, add the puree.
Spices may be added as desired.
