Fried Okra And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound young okra, partially frozen
    2 large potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 cup corn meal
    oil for frying
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut off top and and ends of the okra pods, then cut into 1/4 inch rounds while partially frozen.
    Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces.
    Peel the onion and chop finely.
    Place the okra, potatoes and onions into a plastic bag and add the corn meal, salt and pepper.
    Shake until well coated.
    Add to a frying pan with 1/2 inch of oil.
    Cook on medium until the potatoes are done and mixture is nicely brown.
