Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper or 1 tsp. original herb seasoning
    1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Microwave squash, onion and grated carrot in an 8-inch microwave-safe pan on High, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes until tender (add a small amount of water if necessary).
    Drain and add soup, eggs, cheese, margarine and seasonings.
    Mix to blend. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on High.
    Top with seasoned bread crumbs and cook 1 to 2 additional minutes, uncovered.
