Deer Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean meat
    2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Slice meat into thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Combine salt, pepper and flour in bowl.
    Dip strips of meat into flour mixture.
    Cooking oil should be very hot.
    Drop strips into cooking oil, browning on both sides.
