Cucumbers In Sour Cream(Mizeria) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 cucumbers
3/4 qt. sour cream
2 onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. white vinegar
salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel and slice cucumbers very thin; add salt to cucumbers and let stand for 1 hour, then drain liquid.
Add sour cream, sugar, vinegar, pepper and finely chopped onions and mix thoroughly. Garnish with parsley.
