Butter Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 small box instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot water
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and beat well.
Stir in the pecans.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes (toothpick will come out clean in center when done).
