German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shredded cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix vinegar with oil, celery seed, salt, sugar and mustard. Boil for 3 minutes and pour over all.
    Can cut down on oil.
