Egg Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bacon grease
    flour
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 or 3 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover bottom of
    skillet
    with bacon grease, let it get hot. Add some flour
    to\tmake paste.
    Stir with fork and cook until brown.
    Add water
    and cook until thick.
    Add milk; stir again and cook until\tthick.\tAdd
    two or three eggs; stir and cook until eggs are
    done.
    Season
    to
    taste\twith
    salt
    and pepper.
    Serve over hot biscuits for a good breakfast!
