Chicken Asparagus Pasta With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. lemon zest
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. bow tie pasta
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    When done, drain and keep warm.
    Melt butter in a frying pan.
    Add chicken and saute 5 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
    Remove chicken to a warm plate.
