Potatoes Ala Atlanta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, defrosted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream, butter and cheese in large bowl.
In a separate bowl, add onion to potatoes and mix together.
Mix contents of both.
Put into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with the melted butter and crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
