Moms Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 c. rhubarb, sliced thin
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix cake as directed on box.
Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle rhubarb and nuts over the cake batter.
Sprinkle the sugar on top.
Pour whipping cream over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
