Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crusts
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. cooked chicken, torn up
    onions
    celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken with onions, celery, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter or margarine in a pan.
    Add flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; stir and bring to a boil.
    Add chicken broth and milk; cook slowly until thickened.
    Add torn up chicken.
    Line pie plate with pastry.
    Pour chicken mixture into pan.
    Add top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
