Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can small shrimp
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    dash of salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (10-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs, light cream, flour, melted margarine and spices.
    Place shredded Swiss cheese, drained shrimp and drained crabmeat in layers in unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with eggs and cream mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let stand 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
