Raspberry Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. orange flavored liqueur or orange juice concentrate, thawed and drained
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries (sugar-free)
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Gradually add brown sugar, beating until glossy.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into serving glasses.
    Serves 4.
