Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
4 drumsticks with thighs attached, skin removed
1 medium thinly sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place potatoes in bottom of a 10-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Place chicken parts on top of potatoes.
Scatter onion, garlic, basil, parsley and tomatoes over chicken.
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes or until potatoes and chicken are done.
Uncover pan, using tongs or a fork. Lift up pieces so that they are on top.
Return to pan and continue baking until chicken is brown.
