Carrot Onion Bacon Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut in slices
    2 lb. onions, cut in pieces
    1 lb. bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Fry bacon in large frypan.
    Remove bacon and cut in small pieces.
    Saute onion in drippings.
    Drain liquid from carrot.
    Mix carrots, onions and bacon in baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Keep in oven on warm until serving time.
