Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. ham
    1 lb. cabbage
    4 to 6 carrots
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Shred cabbage, carrots and ham.
    Heat 3 tablespoons oil in pan. Saute cabbage and carrots for a moment, add salt, sugar and water, cover with lid; cook 2 minutes.
    Make scrambled eggs.
    Place 2 tablespoons filling (cabbage, carrots, ham and eggs) on egg roll wrapper, fold up and deep fry at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
