Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 slices bread
    4 c. cubed chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer bread in loaf pan.
    Saute celery, onion and green pepper, then put over bread.
    Cover with cooked, cubed chicken, eggs, milk and seasoning.
    Refrigerate overnight or several hours. Just before baking, cover with soup, sour cream and grated cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Crumbled potato chips, cornflakes or bread crumbs may be added last 15 minutes of baking.
