Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 eggs
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Separate eggs; combine yolks and milk.
Blend liquid with dry ingredients.
Stir in melted shortening.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in batter.
You can use this as pancake batter also.
