Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 3 or 4 potatoes
    evaporated milk
    about 8 oz. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thin.
    Layer in casserole dish.
    Add evaporated milk, enough to almost cover potatoes.
    Cover top with grated Velveeta cheese.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Check often.
    Serves 6.
