(A.U.C.) Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 c. shredded raw carrots (about 8)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add oil, soda, cinnamon and salt and mix.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (greased and floured).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
