Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    3 egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. coconut
    1 baked (10-inch) pie shell
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in double boiler.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla, butter and 3/4 cup coconut.
    Pour into cooled pie shell and cool. Top with Cool Whip and remaining coconut.
