Veggie Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    dash of garlic powder and black pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped green spring onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped cucumber
    2 Tbsp. shredded radishes
    1 tsp. dried parsley or 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Combine vegetables and mix well with cream cheese. Chill several hours.
    Serve party bread rounds or celery stalks. Also makes a veggie spread for bagels.
