Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wine (red)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 - 2 chickens whole, skinned
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a medium sauce pan. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
    Prepare chickens and place in browning bag or crock pot.
    Pour mixture over chicken. Marinate up to 24 hours for better flavor.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour or 5 to 7 hours in the crock pot.
