Pork Chops And Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 10 pork chops, boneless
salt and pepper, to taste
2 or 3 Tbsp. shortening
1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans of water
Preparation

Flour, salt and pepper pork chops and brown on both sides very quickly in skillet.
Lay chops aside.
In 9 X 13 baking dish, pour uncooked rice into bottom of pan.
Sprinkle seasoning packet from rice box over rice.
Lay chops over the top of the seasonings.
Mix soups with water, and pour over the top of the chops.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
