Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco and butter mixed
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    7 oz. coconut
    5 large eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Beat
    shortening,
    sugar
    and eggs together.
    Add milk, coconut and
    flour mixed with baking powder and pinch of salt. Beat just
    until
    mixed all together.
    Add vanilla and coconut flavoring.\tPour
    batter into well-greased and floured 10-inch pan.
    Start cake
    in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour and 25 minutes.
    Wait
    5
    minutes\tbefore taking out of pan.
    Then cover cake while still hot.
    This is a very good moist cake.
