Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs
2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
2/3 c. water
nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a large mixer bowl (mix a little to make sure it is stirred) at slow speed.
Then add all the rest of ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Grease and flour loaf pans, filling a little over half.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
