Carrot-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Add other ingredients in order given.
Mix well.
Place batter in a 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Toothpick should come out clean.
