Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 litre milk
    20 g. sugar
    salt and lemon peel to taste
    125 g. round grained rice
Preparation
    Bring the milk to a boil.
    Add sugar and lemon peel next.
    Add round grained rice.
    Stir and return to the boil.
    Leave oven on low heat to absorb the milk.
    Cooking time:
    approximately 40 minutes.
    Add melted brown butter, sugar and cinnamon.
