Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
1 can mushroom soup
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. garlic cheese
Preparation

Saute onions and celery. Drain and add mushrooms. Cook broccoli as directed on package. In double boiler, mix cheese and mushroom soup; melt. Add all ingredients. If a casserole is made, add 2 tablespoons flour to cheese and soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot. If is made, bake before putting in chafing dish. You can add seasoning but not too much is needed.
