Barbecued Steakers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs in 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Shape meat into 8 to 10 small balls.
    Saute in hot fat in skillet until lightly browned.
    Add bread crumbs to meat first. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Continue cooking over medium heat, basting frequently with sauce for about 15 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti or rice.
