Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted and cooled
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Combine oleo, sugar, flour, vinegar and eggs, add coconut. Blend well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until it does not shake.
