Tuna Bunwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/3 c. real mayonnaise
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickles
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Separate biscuits.
    On floured surface, roll into 5 x 3-inch ovals.
    Spoon tuna mixture into 4 ovals.
    Top with 4 ovals.
    Moisten between edges with a little milk; seal them by pressing with fork.
    Cut desired shapes from remaining ovals.
    Place on top; brush surface with egg.
    On ungreased baking sheet, bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, or until browned.
    Serves 4.
