Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Slowly add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Fold in crackers and pecans.
    Pour into buttered pan and bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream on top.
