Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen deep dish pie shell
    3 to 4 fresh tomatoes
    basil, thyme, salt and pepper
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    cayenne pepper
    mayonnaise (1/2 c. approximately)
Preparation
    Cook pie shell halfway.
    Layer sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Top with dash of cayenne pepper. Spread mayonnaise over top and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving. Great hot or cold.
