Pineapple Cake From Texas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar (dark)
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. nuts (pecans or walnut pieces)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven.
Pour icing over cake; sprinkle with coconut (and nuts if desired) while cake is warm.
