Chewy Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups packed brown sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups chopped pecans
Confectioners sugar

Preparation

Pour butter into a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Spread over butter. Bake 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately dust with confectioners sugar. Cool before cutting.
