Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    1 box Jell-O instant pistachio pudding
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice (small)
    1 tub small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. mini marshmallows (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Fold dry pudding into whipped topping; fold in remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
