Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Microwave onion and butter for 2 min.
    Mix all ingredients, hash browns last. Put into a 9x12 pan.
