Stir-Fried Strawberries, Mandarins And Kumquats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced in half
    2 preserved kumquats, pitted, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
    2 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
Preparation
    Mix strawberries, mandarins, kumquats, lemon juice and ginger. In a cup, combine the liqueur and water.
    Heat oil to the smoking point in a wok; add the strawberry mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a bowl, stir in the liqueur mixture.
    Serve as dessert or side dish with curry.
    Serves 4.
