Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Boneless sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
    4 Cup broccoli flowerets
    4 Cup hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
Preparation
    Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, sugar, and garlic. Stir-fry beef in non-stick skillet until browned and juices evaporate. Add broccoli and cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
