Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup syrup
1 cup sugar
inch square paraffin wax
1/3 stick margarine
3 cups peanuts
1 rounded tsp baking soda
Preparation

Melt butter, paraffin, add syrup, sugar and peanuts.
Cook until turns a little brown (around 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat).
Put in baking soda, remove from heat and make sure you stir the soda in real good.
Pour in buttered, non-stick pan. After cools, break up in pieces.
