Simple Sweet And Sour Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Kraft free Catalina dressing
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 skinless chicken or 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless breast
    pineapple slices
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Place chicken in 9 x 12-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Pour dressing mixture over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and top with pineapple slices and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
