Oat Bran Muffins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with margarine.
Combine oat bran, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine apple juice, skim milk, egg whites, oil and honey.
Add flour mixture, bananas and raisins.
Combine until just moistened.
Fill tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and a cake tester comes out clean.
