Spicy Carrots In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced in 1-inch pieces
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. oleo, melted
    1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Boil water; add wine and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add spices and simmer 5 more minutes.
    Add carrots and cook on medium heat 10 to 15 minutes (until cooked but firm).
    Drain and toss with melted oleo.
    For spicier carrots, add spice mix after draining.
