Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. rice
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Microwave chicken breasts for approximately 3 minutes, then dice.
    Cook 2 cups of rice until tender.
    Mix all ingredients together and cook.
    Microwave on High for 30 minutes or until carrots and broccoli are tender or bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until carrots and broccoli are tender.
