Ingredients

1/2 c. long grain rice
4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine rice, milk, sugar and salt.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Stir several times. Add nutmeg.
Continue baking 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
