Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 small Mozzarella, shredded
    1 egg
    3 cloves garlic
    olive oil
    prepared pie shell
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil.
    Drain artichokes and chop.
    Mix with Mozzarella grated cheese and egg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for thirty minutes in pie shell.
