Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo (I omit)
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt (I omit)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Saute onion in garlic powder in oleo or in meat juice, as you brown the meat.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through.
Serve with noodles or rice.
