Mastacotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. Italian sausage
2 1/2 c. diced onion
8 1/4 lb. mastacotti noodles
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (No. 10) can spaghetti sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion; drain fat.
Heat pasta sauce; put in sausage, onion and Parmesan cheese.
Boil water; add pasta and cook until tender.
Mix all together in large pan.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
